چکیده
Abstract Sweet sorghum bagasse (SSB) is the dregs of sweet plant. SSB potential lignocellulosic biomass for bioethanol production. cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin content 30-40%, 20-30%, 25-30%, respectively. Previously has been used as animal feed not utilized optimally. a high cellulose. Cellulose can be hydrolyzed by cellulase to produce sugar. The amount sugar from cellulose hydrolysis will affect Cultivation was carried out using batch system 84 hours. objectives this study were analyze characteristic bagasse, find pattern Trichoderma reesei growth, determine highest production during cultivation. method cultivation microbial growth curve higher time bioreactor. parameters process identify required producing 48.65 ± 0.02% 17.63±0.02% 7.47±0.01% lignin. substrate concentration found at 36 th hours, which 10.90 g L −1 .

Cellulase Production by Trichoderma reesei using Sugar Beet Pulp
Cellulase production by the fungus Trichoderma reesei was studied using sugar beet pulp (SBP) as a substrate. The subculture medium was a salt solution consisting of KH2PO4, CaCl2, etc. Fungal cells were sub-cultured in an orbital shaker (180 rpm) at 30°C for 1-2 generations (two days for each generation) and were then used as an inoculum. Exponential cells were inoculated into a medium contain...

متن کاملDirect Ethanol Production from Lignocellulosic Sugars and Sugarcane Bagasse by a Recombinant Trichoderma reesei Strain HJ48
Trichoderma reesei can be considered as a candidate for consolidated bioprocessing (CBP) microorganism. However, its ethanol yield needs to be improved significantly. Here the ethanol production of T. reesei CICC 40360 was improved by genome shuffling while simultaneously enhancing the ethanol resistance. The initial mutant population was generated by nitrosoguanidine treatment of the spores, a...
متن کاملCharacterization of a novel sugar transporter involved in sugarcane bagasse degradation in Trichoderma reesei
Background Trichoderma reesei is a saprophytic fungus implicated in the degradation of polysaccharides present in the cell wall of plants. T. reesei has been recognized as the most important industrial fungus that secretes and produces cellulase enzymes that are employed in the production of second generation bioethanol. A few of the molecular mechanisms involved in the process of biomass decon...
متن کاملStudies on Cellulase Production by Solid state Fermentation using Sweet Sorghum bagasse
The present study involves production of cellulolytic enzymes by a newly isolated strain of Aspergillus niger isolated from decaying sugarcane bagasse. Solid-state-fermentation was employed using sweet sorghum bagasse as the substrate for the production of enzyme. One factor at a time approach was used to optimize the process variables like moisture content, pH, temperature, and incubation peri...
